John L. Banks is the Deputy District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Delaware District Office. John is responsible for the delivery and management of the Agency's programs throughout the State of Delaware.
Mr. Banks' SBA career spans over 39 years in a variety of positions, including: Lead Economic Development Specialist; 8(a) Business Development Program Leader; and Commercial Loan Officer/Lender Relations Specialist for SBA's 7(a) Lending Program. During his tenure with SBA, Mr. Banks has been responsible for overseeing the agency's marketing, government contracting, and lending programs in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.
