Tim Mihok, CPA is Partner and Chief Financial Officer of The Archer Group, a full service digital marketing agency in Wilmington, DE. Tim has worked in both the banking industry and public accounting before finding his home leading the business practices of The Archer Group. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Judy G. Anderson, CPA, CGMA

Chair-Elect 2018-2019

Business Manager, Delaware State Education Association – Judy Anderson has practiced in industry for over 22 years, holds the CGMA designation and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has specialized in the not for profit and government sectors.

David Jennings, CPA

Director 2017-2019

Director/Chair – Tax & Small Business at Belfint, Lyons & Shuman. Dave specializes in providing tax planning and compliance services for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. Dave joined the firm in 1998 immediately after graduation and then again in 2007 after working as the finance controller for a private company for two years.

Sara deJuliis, CPA

Director 2017-2019

After starting her career in industry, Sara decided to change her focus to public accounting, where she is currently the supervisor of the accounting and auditing department at Albero, Kupferman & Associates, LLC. In this role, she supervises multiple attest and accounting engagements and supervises and trains numerous accountants on these engagements. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she obtained her Bachelor and Master Degrees in accounting. Sara is an avid dog lover, who loves to cook and enjoys a good glass of wine.

Lori Console, CPA

Director 2018-2019

Lori is the founder and Director of Lori Console, CPA, LLC. After working for international, regional and local public accounting firms specializing in delivering audit and advisory services to government and non-profit organizations, she began her own practice. She is focused on improving audit quality through the offering of comprehensive individualized training programs including on-site engagement training for audit staff, engagement quality control review services, internal inspections, peer review, accounting and auditing issue research and resolution, standards implementation (GAAp, GAAS, and Uniform Guidance) as well as subcontracting as a technical resource for non-profit and government audit and advisory engagements for local, regional, and international public accounting firms.

Robert L. Paretta, PhD, CPA

Director 2018-2019

Associate Professor of Accounting and MIS, Lerner College of Business & Economics, University of Delaware. Bob’s areas of teaching and research include Financial Reporting and Management Information Systems. He currently teaches the honors sections of elementary and intermediate accounting to undergraduate and graduate students.

Jacqueline Doody, CPA

Director 2018-2020

Jacqueline M. Doody (Jackie) is a supervisor at Gunnip & Company LLP, based in Wilmington, DE. She practices within the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services department, offering tax planning & preparation and financial statement preparation services to individuals and businesses. Jackie also has experience with performing financial statement audits on nonprofits and employee benefit plans. She graduated from the University of Delaware with both Bachelor and Master degrees in Accounting.

Douglas Kook, CPA

Director 2018-2020

Managing Partner, Douglas S. Kook, CPA, CVA, has been with Bumpers & Company since 1999. Doug is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of the AICPA, DSCPA and NACVA. As a professional, the primary motivation for Doug is the success of his clients. Doug is a tax and business valuation expert, and has extensive experience in the small business accounting and consulting fields. His focus on quality, accuracy, compliance and client service, paired with his honesty, integrity and drive to find solutions to challenging problems, make him a trusted advisor to his clients. Doug resides in Wilmington, where he is heavily involved in a variety of organizations. He serves as the President of the Delaware State Chapter of the NACVA, Treasurer of the Wilmington West Rotary Club, Wilmington West Rotary Foundation and the Wilmington Delaware Area Rotary Clubs Community Fund (Can Do Playground). Doug also partners with Widener University as an Accounting and Finance Curriculum Board Member and the Phillies Strike Out for Hunger event as a District Representative.

Dana has been CEO of the DSCPA since 1997. She was previously employed as an attorney working in New York City.
