Rachel R. Baldini is the Outreach and Marketing Specialist of the U.S. Small Business Administration's Delaware District Office. In that role, she is responsible for marketing SBA programs and services throughout the State of Delaware.
Ms. Baldini has over 10 years' experience in SBA lending, previously serving as Director of Lending and Director of Government Lending for a local non-profit organization.
Ms. Baldini graduated from the University of Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Business Administration.
