The DSCPA Nominating Committee has submitted their report for the 2012/13 fiscal year. The report will be voted on by the membership at our Annual Meeting on June 21. Pursuant to DSCPA bylaws, additional nominations may be made by any member in good standing in the following manner: 1. The name of the nominee (and the office to which nominated) must be submitted to the Secretary of the Society at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting, and 2. The above nomination(s) must be signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the voting members in good standing of the Society and must include a statement that the nominee has agreed to serve if elected. The Secretary shall mail or otherwise send notification of such additional nomination(s) to each member at least ten (10) days prior to the annual meeting of the Society.
