Find A CPA Business Directory Terms & Agreement

Participation in the on-line CPA referral service is available for a fee of $50 per year (per individual/office/location listed).

An individual's listed office/location must employ the DSCPA member, and the primary contact must be a CPA and a member in good standing with the DSCPA. The listed individual must also be in good standing with the Delaware State Board of Accountancy and/or with the appropriate regulatory authorities. Listed individuals must pay the annual fee each year with no discounted rates for partial year (program year runs from July 1 through June 30).

The DSCPA cannot guarantee the number of visits on any page within its web site or the number of contacts by potential clients visiting the site. Individual understands that the DSCPA offers this service as an intermediary between the general public and the DSCPA members, and assumes no liability for accountant-client engagements.

Listed individuals will have the opportunity to re-enroll or opt out of the program by June 30 of each year, and may cancel their paid listing at any time, submitted in writing, but the enrollment fee will not be reimbursed or reduced. The listed individual shall be responsible for submitting updates/corrections to the posted information in writing to the Delaware Society of CPAs at dana@dscpa.org or fax (302) 478-7412.
